This is life changing.
Only having to mess with this thing every 12 hours has significantly improved my ability to not stress at work. I work on a construction site every day with Porta potty's so you can imagine it's rough.
I have also had excruciating cramps that only get worse as I get older. I had no idea that a side effect of buying this would be reducing how bad my cramps are. My last two periods I have only had to take ibuprofen twice.
It's insane.

I love my diva cup! Insertion is simple and easy (I've been using menstrual cups for ~7 years and I think this is my favorite model I've used. The opening is not too wide which makes insertion more comfortable)

I recently got my IUD out and so my period has once again started. Using a DIVA cup for the first time has been unbelievably comfortable and easy to use. I highly recommend to anybody who is considering managing their period with something other than expensive and wasteful tampons/pads. The shaker cup and cleanser I have are also great. I wash with the cleanser once a day and before/after my period I boil the cup in water.

I have been a Divacup user since 2015 and I will never go back. I have gotten all my friends to try a cup because honestly, they are the best things! As a teacher I don't get frequent bathroom breaks and the Diva cup has literally saved me. I have two daughters and when their time comes, I will be enthusiastically purchasing them a cup of their own because school, sports, life is better not worrying about leaking or TSS.
I will forever be a Diva fan girl!

I have a slim vaginal canal and this is the only brand that works for me and isn't bulbous. I can comfortably use the size 1 and I love that size 0 is now an option as when I started using diva cups there was only size 1 and 2. I'm 35, no kids, and this fits perfectly. I never have to worry about leaks for 12 hours and can be active without concern. Best cup ever!!

I tried some other cups in the past, and they were very uncomfortable to me. I had just about given up on using them when I tried the diva cup. It fit me better than the other cups I had tried, and was much easier to take out also. It worked perfectly for me all week long, and as I have a very light period I never worried about leaking, but wore period underwear just in case. Very happy with this product.
