I always recommend the diva cup. They are so much more comfortable than pads or tampons and you don't create nearly as much trash!

This product is great for long work days and overnight use. Sometimes it takes a couple attempts to get it in right. I do wish it was a thinner material then it may easier to c-fold to insert. It tends to pop open to soon when I'm trying insert. I do love no longer having to worry about overnight leaks!!

I got my Diva Cup 1 when I was 17 and about to head to college. I have never felt the need to replace it, so it's been with me for 8 years now. Apart from a few months when I had a copper IUD and my flow got really heavy, it's always held up for 12, often even 24 hours with no problems. I put a liner on during my heaviest days just in case. I typically empty it every morning in the shower and the process only takes about a minute. I've had days where I honestly forgot I was on my period because I can't feel it at all! I recommend menstrual cups to every girl I know! Looking forward to seeing how well it does when my cycle starts back after I give birth in November.

I love the cup!! Way better and more comfortable than pads or tampons. Affordable too!! However, the application is a bit tricky for me and I believe I use the same strategy every time, but I still struggle sometimes with leaking.
Also, I wish a new cup was made without the tiny holes. I do not know the reason for them, and they can be hard to clean at times.

Absolutely love it. Even compared to tampons it is so mess free. I never have any leaks which is reassuring when I need to sleep. And I love the fact that it saves on money. I calculated it: $40 a year compared to $240 a year. It's a not brainer! And it's better for the earth with less trash. I wish I would have been started on these. Thank you!
