I decided to make the switch to a menstrual cup and finding one that fit me was a challenge. I bought a Saalt and Lunnette cup before I bought the Diva, but those did not work for me. I have a high cervix and both of those cups were very hard to get out because I believe they are made for more of a medium or short cervix. I bought the diva and INSTANTLY loved it. It was easy to put in, easy to get out and so far I haven't had any leakage. The saalt cup was also a little uncomfortable for me but the diva has been so comfortable and it feels as if nothing is there. 10/10 would recommend!

Let me be honest. My diva cup was sitting in the box under my sink for about a year after buying it. I could never get it right. Recently I went back and started trying to relearn it and success! I am comfortable and good at putting it in and removing it. Took a few tries. It's important to know your flow. It will feel very uncomfortable if you're on a light flow day due to less lubrication (I think, def not a doctor). I aim for the first few days of my period where I have heavy and moderate flow and my diva cup works perfectly. Goes in easy and comes out easy although takes some skill not to spill. Give it a try and know you won't be perfect at it. For what it's worth I have a retroverted uterus which means it's a bit of a learning curve to insert the cup since my cervix is lower. Don't be discouraged. You can always try again. Listen for the POP during insertion. That is the goal during insertion. If you hear a pop, it's working. I absolutely would recommend Diva Cup!!

Reviewed 10 months agoPretty Good!!
I really like using menstrual cup way more than tampons. Has a learning curve but you get used to it after a few tries. Did not know there were other shaped menstrual cups out there, so I wish I had done a little more research before hand, but overall this model is pretty okay to use!

I love how easy it is to insert and forget about it. I leave it in all day at work without leaks and with ease to use the restroom. I no longer feel the surge of liquid leaving my body or the cold dampness of absorbent underwear on my skin. I've had no problem removing it and the care instructions are easy to follow as well. I feel much more carefree while on my period and feel like I have a greater connection to my body with this product. I also love that it's reusable and better for the environment and my wallet.

I finally made the switch from pads and tampons, and it was super worth it! Very accessible for me, and beats single use items by a long shot. If you were waiting for a sign to try it, here's your sign!

Reviewed 10 months agoLove the cup
I purchased this spring and after a few months of practice, I do not ever want to go back to pads or tampons. It does take some getting used to, but now it's really easy. Customer service for Diva Cup was top notch and was promoted and answered my questions.
