First day using this and I will never go back to conventional period products!!! Yes it was a little difficult to insert at first but I quickly got the hang of it and it is wayyyyy more comfortable than a pad or tampon. It's like I can cancel my period for 12 hrs at a time!! If you have any doubt about using it this is your sign to go ahead! You won't regret it!! Best part is no leakage so you can wear nice panties!!

I am always on the move, so having to change tampons every 8 hours (and sometimes forgetting them) is so tedious. I can change the Diva Cup twice a day and it makes my life soooo much easier. I also love that it reduces landfill waste and also money, it's been such a life changer for me!

I had been using menstrual cups for a while before trying diva cup but NONE of them worked. They would constantly leak no matter what I did to try and prevent it. Diva cup, however, has NEVER leaked for me. The internet told me that this cup is good for a high cervix (which I must have) and I highly highly recommend.

Hated tampons--felt they were wasteful, uncomfortable, and unpredictable--so decided to try DivaCup. Scary to try something new at first, but I'm so happy I did -- so much so that I find myself writing a review. It's so, so easy to use, much more comfortable, and makes periods a much more bearable, less worrisome and cumbersome experience. No more walking around with thousands of tampons, creating unnecessary waste and constantly worrying about leaks. Love this and would wholeheartedly recommend.

I've used this for over 7 years and it's the best thing on the market. It took a couple of cycles to get the hang of things, as there's a bit of a learning curve, but it's worth learning. Less painful (and wasteful) than tampons, and I only need to change every 12 hours even on my first couple of days. It's cost effective - I'm just now replacing the first cup I bought in 2014. I've been using it the last 2.5 years with an IUD with no issues.

I love using my cup! I stay so busy at the hospital, it's nice knowing I don't have to constantly go to the bathroom to change a tampon.
