Depending on hair thickness, use a dime-size to a quarter-size amount of product. Gently massage through wet hair and scalp to create a lather. Rinse. No need to repeat. Follow with Swim Leave-in Treatment + Detangler for best results. TIP: Hair is like a sponge, so wetting it with fresh tap water prior to swimming prevents hair from soaking up the chemicals in water and prevents further damage.
