• Adults and Children 6 years of age and older (with adult supervision)
• Children under 6 year of age, consult a doctor.
• Use in anticipation of congestion from indoor or outdoor allergens.
• Use as often as needed.

1. Hold bottle with thumb at base and nozzle between first and second fingers. Before first use, press and release spray nozzle until a fine mist is produced.
2. Without tilting your head, place tip of nozzle just past nasal opening (approximately ⅛"). Pump 2 time in each nostril.
3. Wipe nozzle with soapy water after use and replace protective cap. After long periods of storage or low flow, prime again before use.
