I was have some recurring yeast infections and saw several women took this supplement and it helped them. I tried it and it works for me. It's a bit pricey at about $1 a day but worth not dealing with recurring infections. I had my ob/gyn look at it and she is fine with me taking it.

I've been using this for a number of years now since my doctor recommended it, and all I can say is it works for me. I had CONSTANT yeast infections but they have lessened considerably over the past few years. It took quite a few months til I felt it was actually working--guess it had to get into my system or whatever. But then again--every person is different--what works for me may not work for you, or work differently! I take one every day!
