We received the product in a timely manner. When we went to do the test we had a slight issue with struggling to get enough blood to do the test. The test does requires more than a couple drops of blood, so it is a good idea to make sure your hands are warm before you begin. The staff was wonderful with helping us with this issue so we were not forced to buy a completely new test. We dropped the test off at the testing station first thing in the morning and have the results the same day.
