Really helps!
I have heard many people say that these products do not help joints. But I have been taking this for years, and it really helps with my knee stiffness and pain. And I know it works . . . I went without it for three weeks on a vacation once, and my knees got much worse. They improved when I started taking these again.

This appears to be a miracle. I love it
Really gets rid of the aches and pains. I love it. Need to take for a few weeks before you feel the effects.

Expensive, but worth every cent.
I began taking it the day I got it. It says 7 days and it begins working. I felt the difference in 3 days. I would recommend this supplement for anyone with knee problems. I have a little pain if I do something I shouldn't, but in my every day situations, I am feeling much better and can leave my cane at home. Thank you.
