Oral-B Mouth Sore Gel provides instant pain relief of mouth sores including: Canker Sores, Cheek Bites, Braces & Denture Irritations, Oral & Gum Irritations. This formula provides maximum strength pain relief with a simple pump.

Active Ingredient: Benzocaine (20.00%) Inactive Ingredients: Carbomer, Flavor, PEG-6, PEG-8, PEG-32, PEG-75, Propylene Glycol, Sodium Saccharin

Adults and children 2 yrs. & older pump to apply directly to affected area. Allow to remain in place for at least 1 minute and then spit out. Use one pump up to four times daily or as directed by a dentist or doctor. Do not swallow.

Methemoglobinemia warning: Use of this product may cause methemoglobinemia, a serious condition that must be treated promptly because it reduces the amount of oxygen carried in the blood. This can occur even if you have used this product before. Stop use and seek immediate medical attention if you or a child in your care develops: pale, gray, or blue colored skin (cyanosis), headache, rapid heart rate, shortness of breath, dizziness or lightheadedness, fatigue or lack of energy. Allergy alert: Do not use this product if you have a history of allergy to local anesthetics such as procaine, butacaine, benzocaine, and other "caine" anesthetics. If a skin reaction occurs, stop use and seek medical help right away. Do not use: for more than 7 days unless directed by a dentist or doctor, more than the recommended dosage, this product for teething, in children under 2 years of age. Stop use and ask a doctor or dentist if sore mouth symptoms do not improve in 7 days; if irritation, pain, or redness persists or worsens; or if swelling, rash or fever develops. Keep out of reach of children. If more than used for pain is accidentally swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
