Place tan adhesive side to the outside of a molar and/or adjoining gums, upper or lower, white side touching cheek. Use two discs while sleeping, one on each side of the mouth. During the day, use as needed.
Frequent between-meal consumption of foods high in sugars and starches promotes tooth decay. Xylitol does not promote and may reduce the risk of tooth decay.
Store in a dry place. Not recommended for children under age 5 - risk of choking.
