[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the NyQuil Severe Vapocool just as my household was struck by a nasty cold. Fever, congestion, cough, you name it, we had it. It was especially bad at night as we were trying to rest. I reached for the bottle and gave everybody a dose. We experienced a restful night and got some much needed sleep. The Vapocool action clears sinuses and congestion. Our coughs quieted and breathing was easier. I am familiar with Vick's products but I think I have found my new go to. I am keeping this stocked in my medicine cabinet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] NyQuil is my go to medicine for when I am sick and need to get some rest at night. This NyQuil with the Vapocool helped to clear my congestion to help me breathe better and helps to settle down and fall asleep faster at night. I think with the Vapocool it works better than other medicines I have tried because of that extra addition. I have not tried Vapocool before this sampling, but I have used NyQuil before and I really like it a lot. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family. The four stars is because I am not a fan of taking liquid form of medicine, I would prefer if this comes in the pill form. However because it is liquid it cools down my throat and clears my sinuses right away and I think it is good at doing what it's suppose to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hate having to take multiple over-the-counter medicines when I have a cold. I don't have to do that with this one! Helps with minor aches & pains, fever, nasal congestion, sinus pressure, sneezing, runny nose, sore throat, headache, and other cold/flu symptoms all in one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried Nyquil before but never the Nyquil Severe VapoCool till recently. What I love is that right away when you take a dose you can feel the coolness like a cool air just go through my nose and throat. It really gives an instant coolness that helps the stuffiness I feel in both nose and throat. Nyquil Severe Vicks VapoCOOL works really really well on my cold. It has always been my go to medicine when I'm sick but the VapoCOOL is now one of my all time favorites!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have heard of Nyquil and used regular Nyquil in the past but I haven't heard of Nyquil severe with vapocool. I would always just buy Nyquil and vapor rub sepretally. I actually am sick this week so this was the perfect time to use it ! It is strong to the taste and smell . It deffinetly works though . I am experiencing stuffy nose,sore throat,coughing and sneezing and body aches the whole ten yards . After drinking the recommended amount . I felt the cooling instantly and it eased my throat up a little just within a few seconds of taking it . Fast forward 35 minutes I did feel a little better and a little drowsy so I finally was able to fall asleep unlike the nights before because I was to stuffy and didn't feel good at all . It certainly helps and I am going to continue taking it as recommended.

It helped clear up congestion and helped brwath so much better and it also helped me sleep theough the night. I barely had a cough and no stuffy or runny nose. I have recommended this to family and friends.
