No explanation given as to how the product should be used. How often per week? Can (should?) step 3 be used on dry hair? Seems like common sense to include such info...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I both enjoyed the refreshing scent. I don't know that it promoted any hair growth for me, but it was still enjoyable to use. I was a little bit hesitant but experienced no irritation or bothersome side effects.

I have been using these products for over a year now and I am so thankful I started them. My hair has finally stopped falling out and has regrown some. My hair is stronger, thicker and healthier than it was a year ago.

I used the Nioxin 4 shampoo, conditioner, their multivitamins and the foam for 2 months and it felt like i was losing even more hair :( i tried uploading a picture but it gives me an error each time.

I must begin by saying when it comes to product claims, I am usually a skeptic. However, after 1 month of losing a handful of hair daily, I began using this product. After only one use, I noticed immediate results. Oh my! After using all three products, I allowed my hair to air. After I combed out my hair, I was happy to see that there was no hair in my hand and no hair on the floor. There were a very few strands in the comb. I am African-American and I noticed that my hair is soft but no longer smooth. But that's okay! I do realize that my hair is in therapy. My hair does feel stronger and there's very minimal shedding. I'm extremely excited!
