The older I get, I noticed that my hair has gotten thinner (due to loss of hair) and oiliness. No matter what I used, my hair was limpy and oily. BTW, I have long hair. On top of it I was balding at the crown of my head. A friend recommended this to me and followed the instructions. What a big difference. I am having problems finding this product. I found it in [...]. I was not able to find it at [...] who also carries Neutrogena hair products such as shampoo and conditioner. Please do not discontinue.

i bought this shampoo because i had been using a lot of products that week and i needed to get rid of some buildup. Neutrogena has NEVER let me down in the past. Unfortunately this shampoo left my hair feeling like a brillo pad! i could literally HEAR my hair!! SMH even after i deep conditioned,my hair still felt stripped. it took my hair about two weeks to get back to normal =(

Use any conditioner after using this shampoo conditioner works ten times better . . . So affordable and gives perfect results!!!

I have used this shampoo for a long time. I started out thinking it wouldn't work, as most shampoos leave my fine, straight hair limp and oily. I have oily hair and this shampoo takes care of that in spades. My hair is squeeky clean and shiney. It recommends to use it once a week, but it is the only shampoo I use at all. By the way, I am 55 yrs old and my hair is still dark brown with no gray hair. I attirbute that to this shampoo cleaning the hair folicals of build-up. My only wish is that it would smell a little more feminine. I have had trouble recently in finding this shampoo. [...].I would ask you to not discontinue this product. It is wonderful product. Maybe you just need to package and promote it in a different way.D White

This is the best shampoo that I have ever used. It gets all of the oil and residue out of my hair and leaves my hair soft and really clean. It dosen't dry out the scalp or leave the hair dull looking.
