Echinacea (Echinacea purpurea (aerial) and Echinacea angustifolia (root)) Elderberry Concentrate (Sambucus nigra) (fruit) Burdock (Arctium lappa) (root) Cayenne Pepper (Capsicum annuum) (fruit) Gelatin. Contains <2% of: Silica, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate.

For adults, take one (1) capsule six times daily, preferably with meals.
