I want to say that your Customer Service is one of the best I have EVER dealt with. Nor only did you locate my very favorite lipstick (#75 Matte Luxe) you continued to stay in touch with me - until you had it available for shipping. I love your cosmetics and will continue to buy them, as long as you keep sending your emails. I live on an Island in Puget Sound, WA - there is only one drug store here and they do not carry your line of cosmetics and most people do buy things on line. So...the packaging on these lipsticks are beautiful. There is a bit of a smell to them, kind of sweet and I personally found it very pleasant. This is a pretty color on me however I find the color saturation a little thin and it was a bit drying on my lips.
