Exactly what it claims to be. I use as concealer on days when I use light makeup. When I do a full face I use it as a foundation. It covers excellent so it is quite thick. It also is waterproof so you do need a double cleanse to remove it. All in all... I love it.

It is mask proof, stays in place with very little transfer. The coverage is buildable which I love. It works great in the mature under eye area without sinking into creases and lines enhancing age lines.
