I bought this at a local store and when I tried to use it, the spray nozzle was broken. I immediately sent an email to Milani Customer Service and was sent a new replacement which I received within 2-3 days! I have yet to try a Milani product that I don't like, but most of all I was surprised at how amazing the customer service was.
