Mae can be used for vaginal dryness, which is one of the most common symptoms after childbirth, hysterectomy, menopause, peri-menopause, and cancer therapy. Use Mae every 2-3 days for maintenance, up to the maximum of 1 ovule a day. Mae supports a vaginal  pH within the optimal range of 3.5 to 4.5.

Tear off an individual ovule at perforation. Pull both aps of plastic at the same time and remove the ovule from the plastic wrap. Standing with one leg up or sitting, use your clean ngertip and insert one ovule vaginally until as far as comfortable, about the length of a ngertip. Use one ovule as needed, or every 2 to 3 days, to a maximum of one ovule per day. Use at night-time to prevent any discharge. If Mae has been exposed to heat, sunlight or temperatures above 30C / 85F, then the ovules may soften due to their completely natural composition. You can take the precaution of putting the unopened ovule in a refrigerator for 30 minutes, which will harden the product for easier insertion.
