I love this product and you can actually feel it working. I finally got my son using it as well. He is 16 and I told him girls like nice teeth and don't like bad breath. Used it immediately!

I have been using Listerine Total Care for at least 3 years. I rinse after my evening brushing and I don't eat or drink after rinsing with Total Care. I drink coffee and red wine, but I do believe Total Care used daily protects my teeth from stains. My bi-annual checkups confirm this fact, as my Dentist says "you are going to put me out of business!"
