I liked this shampoo. It cleansed my scalp and hair really well and did not tangle my hair. After rinsed, this shampoo left my hair feeling moist and not dried out. This is not my favorite shampoo but it is pretty good. I would repurchase this shampoo.

the shampoo in this new Evercurl line smells really nice. It also has a good lather which I was surprised as it is sulfate free and paraben free. I felt my hair was cleaned really well and that it rinsed away easily. With also using the conditioner afterwards I had no tangles to brush out which was great since anyone with curls knows tangles suck. I would definitely recommend this new line of awesome products from Loreal!!

This was far too high poo for me. I have 2C/3A hair, and honestly I don't think I'll want to use this again. My hair felt stripped of everything soft, and it makes it harder to detangle later. I'd rather go for the cleansing conditioner that has it all in one!

I used this Shampoo with the corresponding Conditioner. The shampoo is very silky and a great start to my hair routine. I think this product works best with paired with the Hydracharge conditioner, but I think the conditioner could be used without the shampoo.

Generally, I am pro-sulfates. There. I said it. I'm old school, and I like suds. Further, I don't have curls. I have old school, good ole naps. As in, my hair goes past the scale. I may have 4 J, Z hair. So, I was totally prepared to not like this product. When I generously receied this product for review, I couldn't wait to use it, so I used it mid braiding. Yes, ya girl was looking like Martin Lawrence in that episode where he went to the monastery. Laugh now, but the benefit is that I can tell you that it cleaned my hair unleashed, and also the half that was in Senegalese twists. First off, it was not totally suds free. I loved that. LOVED! Then, I liked tht the smell was not too overpowering. I didn't think it was majorly conditioning, but that's why we have the additonal products, right? I ask that shampoos clean more than condition, so if you are looking for that, then I recommend this product. It cleaned, it smelled good, but not ovepowering, had enough slip for me, was gentle enugh to use while taking down braids, and didn't strip my hair.

This shampoo was just ok. It definitely did the job and my hair was clean without feeling very stripped, but a little on the dry side. I wish it had more slip.

Overall a good shampoo. It's true that only a little is needed as it is very sudsy and creates a thick foam lather that feels soft to the touch. For that reason, it is a very cost effective shampoo that does do the job. It did rinse very clean and but a bit dry after the shampoo rinsed. In combination with the conditioner though, my hair did feel very soft. The smell is strong and does linger, but it is a nice smell so it is a personal preference there. For comparison, I typically use Carol's Daughter Black Vanilla Shampoo on my type 2 waves. The Loreal shampoo had much more lather and I felt a deeper, more clarifying clean so it could be good as an in between clarifying option that is not harsh.
