ORGANIC MORINGA LEAF POWDER
Moringa Pesto
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups packed fresh basil leaves
2 cloves of garlic
2/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
1/2 cup grated parmesan
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup ,oringa poeder
Salt and pepper
Combine the basil, garlic, pine nuts, moringa, parmesan, and lemon juice in a food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped. Slowly add the oil and process until fully incorporated and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
COOKING SUGGESTIONS
Add a tablespoon to your favorite smoothie or shake. Try a spoonful in your sauces, soups, baked goods, and casseroles, or sprinkle over salads, pasta, and flatbreads.
