I have not received my last order of product shipment.
It has been more than enough time!
Can anything be done, so I can receive my shipment, that I have fully paid for?

Not sure if it is working. How many days does it take?Have used 4 straight days and still have grey on sides. Also, instructions could be better. I had tube in past that turned black. Is this now bad? How days does it last once opened?

Great product! I use a “ head scrubber†in lieu of my fingers to get all the shampoo into the roots of the hair and it works very well!
It does exactly what it is suppose to do slowly coloring the hair, with a natural look! Great product and good price to JFM.com! Highly recommend this product!
