Been using the original Aloe for many years, after the original bars were to harsh/dry on the skin. Aloe Mist was the only option available at the store now, and the smell is overwhelming, with a dry-skin experience that did not occur on the previous Aloe product. Disappointing, as the original Irish Spring is also unusable for me, so time to research a new brand.

VERY Disappointed

What did you do to my wonderful soap? It smells like horrible chemicals. I bought several packs a couple of months ago to make sure to have plenty, just opened one.. YUCK!!!! It smelled so bad I had to reshower. Now I'm stuck with this awful stuff.. I have been using Irish Spring Aloe for YEARS, I guess I will be looking for a new brand. WHAT WERE YOU THINKING?? WHY DID YOU RUIN A GREAT THING??? PLEASE CHANGE IT BACK!!!!!!!!!

I have been using Irish Spring with Aloe for many years. The new formula is horrible. It smells absolutely terrible. The scent is actually offensive and smells extremely unclean...not something ones desires in a soap. The texture has also changed for the worse. It is much rougher now and the new darker color leaves a dark green residue in the shower now. Why would you change something that was once so wonderful? Please, Irish Spring, can you please return to the old formula? Or at least address the odor, texture, and color issues with this new formula? Very disappointed customer.

I have used Irish Spring since it was introduced probably the better part of half a century ago.. The latest Irish Spring/Aloe purchased looks different it is dirty looking off while rather than green. The feel is different but the worst part is the smell is horrific. None of the traditional smell it is just bad as other recent reviews have pointed out. Will be buying something else tomorrow and trashing the two 12 packs I unfortunately have. One star was one star more than I would like to rate this toxic waste.

Has another reviewer noted, the aloe formula was recently changed and is completely different from the old one. The soap itself is much darker and has a different texture. The most noticeable difference is the smell, the new one smells like chemicals. this used to be the only soap I used at home, but will now have to look for a different product.

I have used Irish Spring Aloe for years. The last package that I purchased sells bad and has a rough texture. I looked on-line at ingredients and it appears that the formula has changed. It no longer has that fresh, clean scent. I will not be purchasing Irish Spring anymore. Did you think we wouldn't notice?
