I was a loyal buyer or Irish Spring with Aloe because it was the only soap I could find that worked and left me feeling and smelling fresh and clean. It wasn't available when I went to the store, so I purchased this "new" version. If this is meant to replace the original, I will no longer be buying this brand. It now smells like a cheap soapy cologne that gives me headache instead of fresh and clean.

Irish Spring with Aloe has been a staple of mine for over 20 years. This new scent is harsh and sharp and unpleasant. Smells like a mixture of weeds and pepper. I would go back to the old scent in a second, but cannot buy any more of this new scent. I don't even like washing my hands with these new bars.

My family has loved your Irish Spring Aloe soap for at least 15yrs now, specifically BECAUSE of its light, fresh scent & clean feeling, but are extremely put off by the new scent of Aloe Mist! It makes no sense to me why you'd take something tried & true and alter it. I'm not a person who makes such complaints, but this is a really disappointing change.

Another perfect example of "fixing" something that wasn't broken. I've used IS w/aloe for 20 years, and now it's time to fine another soap. I thought it was just new packaging, but no. I haven't even opened the individual box, just the plastic wrap and took out one box. Walked back into my bathroom a couple hours later and couldn't believe the stink!!! All 8 bars just went in the outside garbage can!!! Stupid.

Please bring back the original aloe! I'm not typically one for going out of my way to review products but that's how bad this change is.

Reviewed 2 years agoHate the new smell of Irish Spring Aloe Mist soap.
I have used Irish Spring Aloe soap for many years because I find the fragrance of the original Irish Spring too strong. The old formula Aloe bar was an effective deodorant soap without being overly scented. Now they have changed Aloe to "Aloe Mist" and the fragrance is awful and far too strong. I returned all the bars that I did not open and will not buy it again. Please go back to the former "Aloe" soap bar formula.

I've used Irish Spring Aloe for years and now it's discontinued for this? Aloe Mist smells awful and this is very disappointing. Please bring back original Aloe or I will have to find a new brand.
