Exercising with KegelSmart is super easy, all you have to do is:

1. Turn on and insert the device. For added comfort you can use a high quality Feminine Moisturizer.
2. Wait for the 3 quick vibrations that signal the start of the routine.
3. Contract/Rest: When you feel the vibration, lift and squeeze your pelvic muscles, hold the contraction. When the vibration stops, release your pelvic floor muscles and rest. Continue for the full routine
4. 3 quick vibrations signal the end of the routine and the device turns off automatically
5. Remove and wash with soap and water or our Intimate Accessory Cleaner.
