Water, Beef, Tomatoes (Water, Tomato Paste), Corn Meal, Corn Flour, Masa Harina, Salt, Chili Powder (Chili Peppers, Flavoring), Modified Food Starch, Paprika, Spice.
Range: In skillet over medium heat, place tamales and sauce in single layer. Heat to simmering. Simmer 3 to 4 minutes or until hot, gently turning occasionally. Carefully remove paper wrappers before serving. Microwave Oven: Arrange tamales and sauce in single layer in microwave-safe dish. Cover loosely. Heat on High (100% power) 3 to 3 1/2 minutes or until hot, rotating dish 1/4 turn after 2 minutes. Carefully remove paper wrappers before serving. (All microwave ovens vary.
