[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To me it looks and acts like many other Gillette disposable razors already out there.
The strip is nice.
Works fine.
Just nothing to make me pay more than something cheaper.
I think I’m more into razors with disposable tops.

Reviewed 7 years agoSurprising little razor but no executive
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical about a 2 bladed razor, even if it had a lotion strip. I have been using the Dollar Shave Club's Executive (6 blade) razor. I was somewhat surprised at how well the this little razor performed. To be fair, my stubble is generally not very hard or dense after a single day of shaving so this little guy did very well in that regard. (I used shaving cream in addition to the lotion strip so I think that helped.) It also performed fairly well when I used it on Monday morning (I don't normally shave over the weekend so I had a bit more stubble than usual. It was not quite as good as the Executive but it got the job done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After two weeks of use I was presently surprised with the durability of these disposable razors. They are very lightweight in the hand and easily will last 5-6 shaves before you have to dispose of them. Plus there are only two blades so there is less opportunity for nicks and cuts while shaving. I will definitely buy these razors the next time I am on vacation our out of town as taking razors on a plane is no longer an option.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried Gillette's Sensor 2 disposable razors for the first time. I am quite impressed with these little guys! I had always thought that small, throw-away razors were not very good, until I tried them. They actually cut very closely, and are quite precise. I have always had a little trouble around my sideburns and under my nose, but not with these. I was able to get a close shave in those hard-to-reach places. I usually use a 5-blade razor, which is wider than these 2-blade razors. Because of this, they are a bit more precise. The shave itself is very good, and I don't feel like I have sacrificed a good shave with these. I will definitely keep some around after this. They would be extremely convenient for trips and outings, also. My first razor lasted about 1 1/2 weeks which is about what I get from my expensive 5-blade refills.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this while taking a trip so I would not have to worry about leaving my usual razor in the hotel bathroom (I've done it before) Also, that gave me a chance to use the razor a couple times before giving my opinion.
I have always trusted the name Gillette to give me a close and comfortable shave and this razor earns that same trust. After 4 shaves, the Chromium Coating on the blades has kept them sharp, and they still give a clean, close, and thorough shave with little effort. I am sure I will get at least a few more shaves out of it.
The handle has ridges on it that create a firm and controlled grip (no slipping.) And that brings me to the only less-than-excellent feature (sorry 5th star.) Being a disposable, the handle is just too lightweight for my personal preference. I like a handle with a bit of heft to it, as it just seems more balanced in my hand. Again, just my personal preference.
So, in conclusion, for travel or temporary use, this will probably be my go-to disposable razor, but not a permanent switch.
