Use as directed by a doctor
Step 1
- Pour desired amount of water into bottle.
Step 2
- Add 1 unpacked level scoop (8.7g) of powder for each 2 fl. oz. water. (Only use enclosed scoop.
Step 3
- Cap bottle; shake well. Feed baby immediately. Once feeding begins, use contents within 1 hour or discard.
Mixing Guide
To make approximately 2 fl oz. bottle, measure 2 fl. oz. water and add 1 unpacked level scoop (8.7g) powder.
To make approximately 4 fl oz. bottle, measure 4 fl. oz. water and add 2 unpacked level scoops powder.
To make approximately 6 fl oz. bottle, measure 6 fl. oz. water and add 3 unpacked level scoops powder.
To make approximately 8 fl oz. bottle, measure 8 fl. oz. water and add 4 unpacked level scoops powder.
1. Pull to separate scoop from inner lid.
2. Scoop powder. When finished, turn scoop upside down.
3. Place upside down scoop on hook on inner rim.
Makes approximately 145 fl. oz. (1.1 gal.) of formula.
