If this bulb does not last for 5 years (based on 3-hour per day/7 days per week) return bulb, proof of purchase and your name and address. GE will replace your bulb. Bulb replacement is GE'S sole warranty obligation, and incidental and consequential damages are excluded. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from location to location.
