Instructions: Clean bulb with denaturated alcohol if it has been touched. Do not operate the bulb other than horizontal position (plus or minus 4 degrees.) Never place a fixture near an open window where a strong breeze could blow the drapery on the fixture. Never place clothes, towels, curtains or other materials on top of or near a fixture.

Risk of electric shock. Turn power off before inspection, installation or removal. Risk of fire. Keep combustible materials away from lamp. Use in enclosed fixture rated for this product. Pressurized lamp - unexpected rupture may cause injury, fire, or property damage. Use eye protection when handling lamp. Do not exceed 110% of rated voltage. Do not touch glass with bare hands. Use in enclosed fixture rated for this product. Do not use lamp if outer glass is scratched or broken. Operate lamp only in specified position - see instructions.
