It was very minty and it did help my teeth from being so... Yellow, and it was very beneficial to my gums, roof of my mouth, along with my tounge.

I love this toothpaste I like it how it taste it not that much of a spice and it keeps my teeth white and nice and shiny and it keep my mouth clean and fresh and it makes my teeth beautiful and now I love to use it more and more often I get good completely nice and fresh mouth
