How to Wear:

1. Wrap strap just below knee, with pressure pad directly under kneecap, against skin.

2. Loop strap through buckle and adhere fastener.

3. Adjust strap until fit is firm, yet comfortable. Do not constrict blood flow.

Size: For left or right knee, this knee strap has been designed with an adjustable strap in order to create a customized fit for most body types. Measure around leg below kneecap.

Washing: Close strap fastener before washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry. Do Not: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners.

Some individuals may be sensitive to neoprene or neoprene-blend rubber. If a rash develops, discontinue use and consult a physician.
