Size: For right or left hand, this wrist support has been designed with an adjustable strap in order to create a customized fit for most body types. Measure around wrist.

Adjust to fit: 4.5-9.5 inches. Washing: Close fastener prior to washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry. Do not: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners.

How to Wear: Insert thumb into loop with grey side of material against skin. For Right Hand: Wrap support under bottom of wrist and back around the top of wrist. For Left Hand: Wrap support over top of wrist and back around under bottom of wrist. Secure hook fastener. Adjust support until it fits firmly yet comfortably.
