To use [for nasal use only]. Use as often as needed.

NoseFrida:

• Disposable filter should be in place to prevent mucus or bacterial transfer
• Place large tube against child's nostril [not inside], creating a seal
• Use red mouthpiece to suck out snot

• Pump once or twice into the air to ensure an even spray, then pump firmly into each nostril

• Spray saline solution in each nostril to help loosen thick mucus before using NoseFrida
• Move tube in a circular motion against nostril - you will hear and see mucus coming out of nose
• Change filter after each use to maintain suction

• Dispose of filter
• Wash large tube with soap and water
• Clean thin tube with a few drops of rubbing alcohol

• Keep out of reach of children
