Unfasten the hook and loop closure on side panels. Loosen small elastic waist and shoulder straps. Put arms through elastic shoulder straps so that plastic stays are on backside and hook and loop closure is towards front. Pull side panels down to fullest part of the abdomen and secure with hook and loop closure in front. Side panels should provide a comfortable amount of compression and should not feel restrictive. Grab small elastic straps and pull towards the front to adjust shoulder straps and gently pull shoulders back. Secure with hook and loop.
