I've been using Eucerin for the past 25 years. With the purchase of my latest bottle I discovered that Eucerin had changed the formula of it's "Original" lotion. The new, reformulated lotion is horrible! The old formula was wonderfully scent-free, and absorbed into my skin like no other product I've ever used. The new formula is slick, slides over my skin, and despite its claims to be fragrance-free, does have a scent -- it smells a bit 'off' to me. I could probably put up with the scent if the new formula still had the same absorption qualities as the original 'Original.' In desperation to find a replacement I've been trying other Eucerin products as well as other brands, but I haven't hit on anything yet that works. Please, PLEASE, bring back the old formula!! I'm not alone in this plea, and really, this response from so many loyal users of your product should count for something, shouldn't it? It seems that you will be losing many customers, myself included . . .

I use Eucerin for my body and it's wonderful. I would recommend other to try it. They see the difference.

I have never written a review before for any product, but after seeing the many responses to the new formula of the Original Moisturizing Lotion I add my voice to the chorus of "bring back the old formula." As the others stated, the new formula is thick and greasy, does not spread well and makes your skin feel greasy. I have used the original formula for more than 10 years and loved it - - I returned about two bottles of the new thinking I had purchased a bad bottle, but called Eucerin and was told about the change in formula. Very disappointed. I have tried the Skin Calming Cream and find it is excellent -- good moisture and non-greasy. Please don't change that --Eucerin is the only product that does not irritate my skin.

I have been using this lotion for 5 days. I am very happy with the results. My skin has become very dry over the last few years and other (brand name) lotions did not help at all. They were way to watery.This lotion is thick and creamy. Exactly what I have been looking for and exactly what is needed to heal dry skin. Thanks Eucerin. Your product is excellent just as it is. Please dont change it. Have a great day!
