My hands have become super dry and they crack and bleed, which is extremely painful. I've tried all the recommended lotions, but nothing has worked. The dermatologist said it was knuckle pads and I shouldn't worry about it. So I decided to talk to the pharmacist myself and she recommended this lotion. Wow, what a difference this lotion has made. My hands are softer and haven't cracked and bled since using it. I need to buy more of this. Some for my purse, some for my bathroom, the kitchen, anywhere I am it needs to be.

I have used Eucerin for many years since I am a psoriasis sufferer and most other emolient type lotions have alcohol or other irritating ingredients, which this did not. This product was so much better when the formula utilized glycerin instead of the changed formula. (I have an older container and compared the ingredients on it with the new ingredients-which is how I know what is different about it) The new formula forms a film on the skin that I can still feel later in the day, instead of the sheer, soaked in feeling of the older formula. Please go back to the old formula or let me purchase whatever old product you still have in inventory. If Eucerin continues with the 'new' formula I will have to search for a different product to switch to. Perhaps I will find one that is less expensive and that allows the entire container to be used. #The containers always have to be cut open to access the last one inch of product - not a good thing, for an otherwise, previously great product.#

You would think that with all its richness it leaves the skin hydrated and feeling moisturized. But that is not the case! I have been using it for a month now hoping that it will get better each day but I am now giving up. I usually apply right after my shower and by the time I am leaving the house I feel the need to re-apply. At the end of the day my skin is VERY ASHY! Very DISAPPOINTED/DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Our family has used Eucerin cream for the past 10 years and it never lets us down! We have a unique situation in that we live oversease for prolonged periods of time. Eucerin cream is the only thing that can keep our skin moisturized from the heat, wind and sand of the Sahara desert. Our son, who is African, uses Eucerin daily to keep his skin from becoming ashy. Our family would strongly recommend this to any and everyone.

I've used Eucerin since Nov. 2011 thanks to my grandkids. Their skin is so soft that I decided I wanted to use whatever their Mom was using on their skin. After just one week I could see and feel a difference in the elasticity and softness of my skin, I recommend this product to anyone that would like beautiful soft skin. I refer to Eucerin as my skin makeover in a bottle.Thanks Eucerin no other product for me!.

I get very dry, itchy, tight skin - most noticable on my legs. This is especially true in the winter or after shaving. I tried many other products for years, but found nothing as effective as the original Eucerin I use. I use it every day and couldn't live without it.

I was a fool and had switched to Oil of Olay from Eucerin Original Lotion. I got a rash and promptly returned to Eucerin. Eucerin has never let my skin down. I now feel 10 years younger...Never leave the tried and true!
