Ensure Plus has been a good added source for balanced nutrition and weight maintenance for years. Ensure has just released a reformulated version, where the only change is fewer sugars. This has been my lone complaint; they listened! I wholeheartedly recommend the latest formula.
The existing drink has 20 grams of sugar/bottle; hope this has been cut in half.

Ensure shakes are very easy to consume as they deliver good high nutritional benefit. They satisfy one's hunger and are delicious. Well worth the cost. I definitely recommend Ensure Protein bars and shakes. Excellent!
