My father is a picky eater and lately's been having trouble swallowing/eating food. Thank goodness he really like the taste of ensure, a nice way to supplement his meals.

This product supplies a lot of vitamins and supplements that I wouldn't normally get with my day to day diet. My sense of well being and energy level have improved too.
