The test strip is labeled with an abbreviation. For example, “THC” stands for Marijuana. The area next to the window labeled “C” is the control region. The area labeled “T” is the test region. The C line should appear within 10 minutes. If no C line appears within 10 minutes on a test strip, the test result is invalid. If the C line appears after 10 minutes, the test strip is invalid.

We recommend sending all preliminary positive result samples to our laboratory for free confirmation testing. Mail the sample as soon as possible for accurate analysis.

1. Collect urine sample.
2. Securely seal the cup’s lid.
3. Read the test results within 5-10 minutes.

   Receiving Results:

   Results will be ready 5-6 business days after the laboratory receives the sample. For results please visit www.testconfirm.com/drugconfirm. You will be asked for your Confirmation ID Number provided on the Confirmation ID Label.

   1. Please ensure the cup is tightly capped.
   2. VERY IMPORTANT: Attach the top portion of the Confirmation ID Label to the back of the cup away from the test strips. Place a check mark on each drug that was preliminary positive to indicate which drug(s) need confirmation testing at the laboratory.
   3. Next, attach the bottom portion of the confirmation security label to the designated area below for reference. You will need this information to receive your results.
   4. After attaching the top barcode label to the cup, place the cup into the provided plastic transportation bag. Seal the bag. Place the sealed plastic bag into the provided pre-addressed mailer box. Close and seal the box.
   5. Mail your sample to Confirm Biosciences, Inc., 10123 Carroll Canyon Road, San Diego, CA 92131, through your preferred carrier. Keep the tracking information for your records. We recommend using next-day shipping for timely delivery of results.

Precautions:

Storage:

• Store the kit at room temperature 15-30°C (59-86°F).
• Do not freeze the test kit.
• Do not expose the test kit to temperatures over 30°C (86°F).

Handling:

• Do not open the pouch until ready to perform the test.
• Remove the contents from the box.
• Remove the cup from the pouch.
• Use fresh urine to perform the test.

Interpretation of Results:

• Read one strip at a time.
• Do not compare color, lightness or darkness of one line to another between test strips.
• Do not read the results before 5 minutes or after 10 minutes to prevent false interpretation of the results.
