In terms of the Insert itself they have alleviated 90% of the pain in my foot caused by Plantar Fascitis, however the insert doesn't fit well in my size 8 Womens sneaker. The bulge from the insert caused my sneaker to rip a little (I can deal with the rip the Fascitis pain not so much.) Overall I am happy to have purchased this product but hope that they will produce smaller one's soon.

It's only been a week, but CF430 Inserts have done the trick. I also own a pair of $500 prescription orthotic inserts and to be honest, I can't tell the difference!
