Just started so can not comment on old ones. I do notice leakage after 4 hrs of use. I do reccomend using a jock strap or athletic supporter instead of briefs for better fit and less back and for the motion. Also get the widest waist band strap to avoid roll down. I too would like to see them make a wider one with more absorbancey

we have tried other brands and they were just not the right kind. depend guards for men is my husbands only choice for him. at one time you use to sell them as a pack of four at a good price. now you sell them as single pack of 52, so it comes out more expensive.

As a prostate cancer survivor that has developed minor to major leaking (I hate the term incontinence), this has been a safe & comfortable step up from Guards. On good days I sleep with one and use a fresh one in the morning, whether I need it or not. Depend brand seems to have less side edge leakage than the store brand. Especially when I very active.
I hike & bike and do lots of other actives.

I got the guards and depends briefs but really all you need is the guards. THey get a little bulky so maybe the shields would do.
