Follow these 3 quick and easy steps to whiter teeth: Step 1: Remove the pre-filled whitening tray from the package. Step 2: Insert the tray into your mouth and bite down gently. Step 3: Leave the tray in your mouth for 20 minutes. Remove the tray from your mouth and rinse your mouth thoroughly. Avoid eating and drinking anything that may stain your teeth for at least 2 hours following treatment. For an even whiter smile, use the bonus 3 mL refill syringe. Apply approximately 1.5mL of whitening gel to the tray and repeat Steps 2 and 3 up to two more times.
Some people may experience tooth or gum sensitivity when using whitening products. This condition is temporary and not harmful. Discontinue use if irritation or discomfort occurs.
