Directions: Please read all the information carefully before using the compress. Do not wear makeup when using the compress. Inspect compress before use to ensure no damage has occurred to the compress. Always try the compress temperature to make sure the compress is comfortable before application. Remove any racks or stands from the microwave. Place the compress in its cover. To help keep product clear, put the compress on a microwave safe plate then place on the rotating tray in the microwave for 10 seconds. Remove the compress from microwave oven, and with cover still on, test temperature on the back of your hand or other body part to determine if the compress is too hot to the touch before use. Add additional 5 seconds intervals until desired temperature is reached. Do not exceed 20 seconds in one interval. If the compress is not too hot to the touch, then apply the covered compress gently on the eye area for 5-10 minutes. You may reheat the compress 3-6 times per day, following direction above each time. Inspect compress after each use to ensure no damage has occurred to the compress. Wash compress after each use before storage.
