Directions for Use:
1. Button the elastic straps into the buttonholes on the shield, with the soft padding facing up.
2. Step into shield and pull snugly against your body, like normal underwear.
3. Fits women and men with hip sizes up to 60".

Disposal:
1. Remove elastic straps.
2. Roll up shield and dispose of in a sanitary manner.
3. Save these elastic straps for your next shield.

Caring for Reusable Straps:
For best results, hand wash straps after removing from undergarment. Wring out excess water and lay flat to dry. Do not machine wash or dry straps.
