PH Balancing Tampon, First wash hands, then remove the tampon from the wrapper. Choose a comfortable position. Most women either sit on the toilet with knees apart, squat slightly with knees bent or stand with one foot on the toilet seat. Place your thumb and middle finger on the finger grips on the bottom of the outer tube. Please your forefinger at the very end of the inner tube at the bottom of the applicator. Slide the rounded tip of the plastic applicator all the into your vagina. Keep a firm grip on the outer applicator tube and use your forefinger to push the inner tube all the way into the outer tube. Remover the inner tube and outer applicator tubes at the same time, allowing string to slide through the inner tube. Do not flush the plastic applicator or wrapper. Place the applicator back intot the wrapper and eispose of them in the trash. When the tampon is inserted correctly, it should be comfortably inside you, with the string hanging outside yoru body. If you are uncomfortable, the tampon may not be inserted far enough inside. If this happens, then remove the tampon and try again with a new one. To remove, simply pull firming on the removal cord. If the tampon is hard to remove, the tampon is probably too absorent for your current flow. Use the lowest absorbency necessary for the best combination of protection and comfort. Change your tampon every 4 to 8 hours as needed. Always remove a used tampon before inserting a new one. Be srue to remove the last tampon you used at the end of your period. For best waste results, place the used tampon, applicator and wrapper in the appropriate waste container.
