Don't know what I would do without this spray...
I have horrible allergies, but love this product. Acts very quickly and, in my experience, works for a long time. Would highly recommend it.

Works great, but don't overdo it
As the other reviews say, it works great, but one must be careful. That WIDE OPEN feeling is wonderful, but overuse can lead to rebound congestion and dependency that can be hard to shake. It happened to me with Afrin way back when it was still a prescription medication. Use no more than necessary to breathe. You don't need both nostrils wide open all the time.

FINALLY, I CAN BREATHE!!!
I've been suffering a nasty cold and I could barely breathe through my nose around the clock. It got worse once bed-time hit ... both my nostrils would clog which would give me a hard time to sleep, even using NyQuil! Today I purchased CVS Nasal Spray Sinus and I'm OVERJOYED!!! Within a couple of minutes both my nostrils a perfectly clear! I don't have to breathe through my mouth at night (caused a dry mouth which led my sore throat to worsen). Now I can recover better from my cold. Thanks, CVS, for your 5-star products!

Saved My Life!
This product is AMAZING. I recently suffered from a serious case of sinus congestion. I couldn't breathe through my nose for almost a week, and regular oral decongestants weren't working. I resolved to try one last thing before making an appointment with my doctor, so I went back to CVS & asked the pharmacist for a quick recommendation. He suggested a nasal spray like Afrin, and THANK HEAVENS FOR THAT MAN! (I went with the CVS brand simply because it was a fraction cheaper & I'd already spent a lot on other medications.) After the first dose, I felt some relief. Following the second, I was breathing clear again. Worked like magic for me!
