Active Ingredients: Polyethylene Glycol 400 (0.4%), Propylene Glycol (0.3%). Purpose: Lubricant, Lubricant. Inactive Ingredients: Aminomethylpropanol, Boric Acid, Gellan Gum, Magnesium Chloride, Hexahydrate, Potassium Chloride, Purified Water, Sodium Chloride, Sorbitol, Stabilized Peroxycomplex System (as a Preservative).
Directions: Shake well before use. Instill 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed.
Warnings: Do not use: if solution changes color or becomes cloudy; if you are sensitive to any ingredient in this product. When using this product: avoid contamination, do not touch tip of container to any surface; replace cap after each use; remove contact lenses. Stop use and ask a doctor if: you experience eye pain, changes in vision, continued redness or irritation of the eye(s); the condition worsens or persists more than 72 hours. Other warnings: For use in the eye(s) only. Do not use if imprinted seal on cap is broken, torn or missing. Keep this and all drugs out of the reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away (1-800-222-1222.
