Active Ingredients: Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium (0.5%). Inactive Ingredients: Calcium Chloride, Magnesium Chloride, Potassium Chloride, Purified Water, Sodium Chloride, Sodium Lactate. May Contain Sodium Hydroxide and/or Hydrochloric Acid to Adjust pH.
To use individual dose container:
- Twist off end of container
- Instill 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed
- Do not reuse once opened
- Store between 59 to 86 deg F (15 to 30 deg C)
- Keep carton for complete product information
- For use in the eyes only
- Do not use if solution changes color or becomes cloudy
- When using this product do not touch tip of container to any surface to avoid contamination
- Do not reuse once opened
